Ketonex offers a unique opportunity for the custom design and synthesis of high performance engineering thermoplastics for additive layer manufacturing (ALM) techniques. All materials are based on the polyetherketone platform, with properties located at the apex of the polymer performance pyramid, often exceeding the properties of similar commercially available materials.
The wealth of experience at Ketonex includes, polymer design, synthesis and characterisation, polymer processing, composites design and manufacture, and the applications and commercialisation of related technologies.
In addition to commercial contracts, Ketonex has secured grant funding from Innovate UK to develop materials for ALM.
